a. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Before Shipping: You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at info@neuromedics.store. A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • After Shipping: Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the product.

b. Order Cancellation by Neuromedics

We reserve the right to cancel your order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Payment issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued promptly.


2. Refund Policy

a. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • Your order was cancelled successfully before shipping.

  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

b. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2 days.
  • The refunded amount may take additional time to reflect in your bank or card account, depending on your payment provider.

6. Exceptions

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
